Fitness Blender: 100’s of free videos in variety of categories
CrossFit: This website has videos of at-home adaptations of exercises you may do at the gym safely. While there are no exercise routines, you can browse instructions and get ideas of circuits you may want to put together.
Down Dog App: They are making all of our apps - Down Dog, Yoga for Beginners, HIIT, Barre, and 7 Minute Workout completely free until April 1st. In response to the many school closures taking place, they are also offering free access until July 1st for all students and teachers (K-12 and college). To access the free school membership, please register your school's domain.
DoYogaWithMe is giving two free months to help individuals get through this difficult time.
UPMC Active & Fit: This membership ($25) allows your to try out different gyms without the commitment or initiation fees and contracts. They also have a ton of online videos to access, even before the gyms were closed. (Have to have UPMC insurance; however, look with your insurance provider about similar programs)
